Strategy

Faisal Naru has extensive experience in the public and private sector and is an accomplished leader in setting up and running teams as well as corporate organisations. He is an expert in strategy, public policy, behavioural insights, institutional reform, politics, international development, and setting up and delivering social and economic development programmes globally. He advises a number of government leaders on reform and improvements, and has worked for the OECD, a Global Development Consultancy and the UK Government's Cabinet Office. He began his career heading up a charity tackling social mobility. He graduated from the University of Oxford. He has undertaken Executive training with Columbia, Harvard, Wharton and London Business Schools.
